Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a creative professional with around 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital communication. You should be comfortable translating ideas into compelling visual content while working closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Alongside strong design fundamentals, you should be naturally curious about emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted features, and enjoy experimenting with recent ways of working.
- The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of assigned projects, understands brand consistency, and enjoys balancing creativity with business needs.
- The candidate should be comfortable exploring modern creative workflows, including AI-assisted features available in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Familiarity with other creative platforms is welcome, but more important than proficiency in any specific AI tool is a willingness to learn, experiment,



and continuously discover better ways of creating engaging visual content.
- You will work closely with our internal branding, communications, hiring, and business teams to strategize, design, and execute content across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and internal mailers.

- You'll act as a creative and strategic partner across the business - one day youll be translating an HR policy into a clear, engaging communication piece, the next day, you may be driving the visual direction for a Wellness initiative and another day, you might be pushing creative boundaries with AI-powered video for our sports league
