Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily production activities of the AAC block plant

● Manpower management and administration — handle workers and supervisors' team

● Raw material procurement and inventory control (Fly Ash, Cement, Lime, Aluminium Powder, etc.)

● Ensure quality control and maintain production standards

● Coordinate machinery maintenance and upkeep

● Monitor production targets and control costs

● Ensure safety compliance across the plant

● Coordinate dispatch and billing operations

Required Skills

● Solid administrative and leadership skills

● Proven experience in team handling

● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)

● Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience
