Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (FOH & BOH)
- Ensure timely replenishment of linens, towels, and amenities
- Address maintenance issues promptly
- Interact with guests courteously and fulfil their requests
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Track inventory and report lost items, damages, and irregularities
