We are looking for a proactive and driven Mobilizer to support our CSR-led training programs in Howrah. The ideal candidate will actively engage with local communities and educational institutions to generate awareness and mobilize candidates for job-oriented courses offered through our training center.
Build networks with Local Residents, Universities, Colleges, Educational Institutes, and
Local Institutes for candidate mobilization into different Job Oriented Courses.
Identify potential areas, carry out surveys and suggest partners/locations to understand
where candidates can be mobilized.
Conducting different types of promotional activity likes of pamphlet distribution (door to
door if necessary) for getting large number of enrolments.
Handle Student Queries and help them understand different available courses.
Organizing publicity campaigns in different areas.
Ensure coordination with Centre Head.
Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution.
Ensure a Smooth Admission process for mobilized candidates.
Any other additional tasks as and when allocated by the Programme Manager.
