The company is seeking an accomplished business leader to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance, operational excellence, leadership coaching, and executive support during the organization's next phase of growth.

Position Summary

The Mentor to the CEO will act as a strategic advisor, executive coach, and operational mentor, working closely with the CEO to solve complex business challenges, strengthen organizational capabilities, optimize processes, improve execution, and drive sustainable growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned entrepreneur, former CEO, Managing Director, COO, or senior executive with a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership




- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on business strategy, organizational growth, and long-term planning.
- Challenge assumptions, provide objective perspectives, and support high-quality decision-making.
- Guide the CEO in prioritizing strategic initiatives and execution plans.
- Evaluate recent business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Operations Excellence
- Mentor the CEO in building scalable operational systems across the organization.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Advise on organizational structure, delegation, accountability, and performance management.
- Support the implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting systems.

Problem Solving & Business Transformation
- Act as a strategic problem solver for critical business
