Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening:
Identify, source, and screen potential IT candidates for US-based clients using job boards, ATS, and social media.
- Requirement Analysis:
Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements to map out the right candidate profiles.
- Relationship Management:
Connect with candidates,
conduct preliminary interviews to assess their technical skills and cultural fit, and guide them through the hiring pipeline.
- Tax Term Navigation:
Work with different employment types and tax terms, ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
- Pipeline Building:
Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified IT professionals for recurring roles.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education:
BCA, B.Tech (CS/IT), BSc (IT), or a similar IT-related degree. A strong understanding of technical concepts and terminologies is required.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking with US-based candidates and negotiating effectively.
