Data Governance Manager Supply Chain Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager Supply Chain Operations to lead the governance, standardization, and optimization of enterprise master data across global supply chain operations. The role is responsible for establishing governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, and managing the lifecycle of critical enterprise structure data while enabling seamless integration across business functions and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), enterprise data structures, supply chain processes, stakeholder management, and data quality management.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures for enterprise structure master data.
- Own the lifecycle management of enterprise structure data, including creation, modification, validation, and retirement of organizational structures such as:
- Plant
- Storage Location
- Sales Organization




- Distribution Channel
- Purchasing Organization
- Company Code
- Profit Center
- Ensure enterprise master data remains accurate, complete, consistent, compliant, and aligned across business systems.
- Conduct impact assessments for current enterprise data structure requests and recommend optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement enterprise structure changes.
- Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts of master data modifications.
- Govern enterprise structure data within SAP and other integrated enterprise applications.
- Develop data quality metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports to monitor governance performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, process optimization, and standardization.
