Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based at The Fern Goregaon in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand visibility and drive room and event bookings across corporate and leisure segments.



Day-to-day activities include planning and managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with sales and revenue teams, overseeing social media and website content, and monitoring performance metrics. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create promotional materials, manage public relations initiatives, and support special events and seasonal offers. The role also includes market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and regular reporting to hotel leadership on marketing effectiveness and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM basics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to develop and manage promotional content across online and offline channels, including copywriting and basic design coordination.
