We are looking for
System Analyst
is responsible for providing technical support for applications, tools, and systems assigned to the role. The primary business-critical application currently in use is JDE World Software A7.3 Cum 6 for APAC (BUSAK1) and Cum12 for Europe, operating in “Display Only” mode.

The role involves performing technical analysis of business requests and issue resolution in close collaboration with the Business Analyst team. Change Requests will be managed through the defined process, with activities planned and executed according to the applicable roles and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical documentation with a solid focus on quality standards and audit compliance requirements. The role also requires coordination with external vendors regarding technical updates,



enhancements, and system/application releases.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements and organizational goals. The role will also support other iSeries applications, including BPCS, across Trelleborg sites.

Your Responsibilities
- Take technical responsibility for assigned applications and systems such as iSeries and Anton.
- Create and maintain User Requests while ensuring compliance with audit rules, approvals, and traceability requirements.
- Perform refresh activities for test systems such as BUSAK1 (APAC) and other assigned applications.
- Follow development standards using Development, Test, and Live systems wherever applicable.
- Implement, maintain, develop, and monitor assigned systems, ensuring they remain updated with vendor-recommended releases and versions.
