Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on
Amazon Marketplace & Catalog Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day marketplace backend activities for our private label brands across Amazon and other marketplaces.

The role requires strong experience in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central, catalog operations, listing updates, ASIN creation, suppressed listing resolution, ticket follow-ups and marketplace hygiene.

This is a practical execution role, not just a coordination role.
Hands-on Amazon catalog/backend experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage new ASINs / product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Handle catalog updates including titles, bullets, images, A+ content, variations and backend attributes.
- Track and resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, variation issues and catalog breakages.
- Raise, track and close marketplace tickets with proper follow-up.
- Conduct daily marketplace hygiene checks for price, images, content, variations, availability and listing status.
- Maintain trackers for listing changes, ticket status,



suppressed listings and catalog issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, brand team, operations team, designers and agencies for listing-related tasks.
- Support new product launches by ensuring listing readiness before stock goes live.
- Flag urgent listing/catalog issues that may impact sales or product visibility.
- Support deal/event readiness from a listing and catalog perspective.

Must Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience in ASIN creation, listing updates, catalog corrections and suppressed listing resolution.
- Understanding of Amazon listing structure — title, bullets, images, A+, keywords, variations.
- Ability to raise and follow up on Amazon tickets.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Robust follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
