Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Program Manager
to lead and manage our on-ground initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage programs from strategy to execution.
- Job Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple programs in alignment with TMF’s mission.
- Design project strategies, goals, and budgets with clear impact metrics.
- Coordinate with field staff, community leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Compile reports and impact documentation for donors and board members.




- Identify recent program opportunities and areas of expansion.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
- Educational Requirement

Master’s degree
in any of the following (preferred): Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Health, Rural Management, Sociology, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management
- Experience Requirement

Candidates with a
Bachelor’s degree
in the above fields and
strong relevant experience
(5+ years) may also be considered.
- Additional Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in program management within NGOs or development agencies.
- Strong knowledge of program lifecycle – planning, implementation, evaluation.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MIS systems is a plus.
