Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop residential building plans.
- Meet and coordinate with clients to understand requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation.
- Prepare 3D views and presentations for clients.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS Office.
- Positive client handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of residential construction and building regulations.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
