Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage high-rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee the installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways in residential and commercial buildings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress and quality control.
- Monitor project costs, identify potential issues early on, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability.
Job Requirements :
- 11-20 years of experience in project management or a related field (construction/engineering).
- Robust knowledge of elevator installations (elevators), high-rise building construction methods (high rise), mall operations (malls), township development (township) projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
