Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual insurance sales targets.
- Drive Motor, Health, Life, and Commercial Insurance sales.
- Monitor lead conversion and sales performance.
- Develop strategies to improve sales productivity.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer leads.

Team Management
- Manage Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Sales Executives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor recent employees.
- Conduct daily team briefings and motivational sessions.
- Prepare shift schedules and manpower planning.
- Build a positive and high-performance work culture.

Operations Management
- Monitor daily call centre operations.
- Maintain service levels and response times.
- Ensure CRM/AppSheet records are updated accurately.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
