Job Summary
The Estimation Engineer – Finishing will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and cost analysis for architectural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for finishing works.
- Estimate costs for flooring, tiling, marble, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, aluminium, glazing, joinery, doors, windows, and interior finishes.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare cost estimates.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, and Site teams.
- Prepare tender documents and commercial comparisons.
- Identify value engineering opportunities.
- Maintain estimation reports and documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 4–8 years in Finishing Estimation for High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
