Business Intelligence and Insights Group (BIIG) BIIG is the centralized business intelligence and analytics team and is tasked with providing critical information and insights needed to manage the business and drive data driven decisions. BIIG team is working on building a data culture, enabling data democratization, reducing information overload and equipping everyone with information / insights needed to excel in their roles. We are looking for a passionate leader to lead entire reporting for all distribution functions. You need to have a robust desire to lead change, drive efficiency, challenge the status quo and rationalize information overload. In this role, you will work closely with distribution leaders to understand key metrics, information needs and develop business intelligence products to cater to those needs. You will also define the strategy and roadmap for the team to accelerate our journey of becoming a data driven organization.

Responsible for delivery of accurate and timely reports / dashboards. Coach and mentor the team to continuously improve skills and capabilities. Lead a team of 10+ professionals, including partners.
- Handle Distribution reporting requirements across functions and job families for enabling strategic priorities and performance management.
- Responsibilities also include supporting CXO reports and dashboards
- Ensure timely accurate delivery of reporting across functions and roles.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting requirements and build delivery capabilities on digital information
