Role Description
The Purchase cum Store Executive role is a full-time,



in office position based in Makarpura ,Vadodara. The role involves managing purchase activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing, and placing purchase orders for fire safety products, equipment, and materials. The individual will oversee store operations, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate material receipt and issuance, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation. Daily tasks include tracking stock levels, preparing inventory reports, supporting logistics and dispatch, and coordinating with production, sales, and service teams to meet operational requirements. The role also includes vendor follow-up, invoice verification, basic documentation, and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the store and procurement processes.
