About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Support Analyst to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, employee records management, and HR systems updates. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, amendment letters, probation confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment background verification processes and ensure timely completion.




- Support current hires throughout the onboarding process, including first-day coordination and documentation.
- Process employee separations and manage all exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (HCM/Oracle) with employee information, job changes, cost centers, personal details, and leave updates.
- Create and manage pending workers, employment agreements, and employee contract forms.
- Process promotions, entity transfers, agreement amendments, flexible working requests, and other employment changes.
- Upload employee documents, manage DocuSign workflows, and maintain digital employee files.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure timely HR transactions and approvals.
- Prepare employment verification letters, employer references, resignation confirmations, and other employee documentation.
- Manage HR trackers including Joiners, Leavers, Payroll, and IT Asset Trackers.
