The Charter (previously Bombay Founders’ Club) is an invite-only network of 200+ paying founders across India.

We run high-accountability meetups, closed-door founder forums, and curated experiences that help founders build social capital.

Now, we’re looking for a
Membership Sales Lead
— someone who can convert high-quality founder leads into paying members
without
ever sounding pushy.

Think
*trust-based, high-context sales conversations with real founders*
, not call-centre scripts.

? What you’ll do
- Talk to founders who apply or get referred and
help them discover if BFC is right for them
.
- Run structured, insightful sales conversations — discovery, objection handling, and closing with tact.
- Own the
entire membership funnel
from first touch to onboarding.
- Track and optimise conversions using easy CRM dashboards.
- Turn learnings from calls into scripts,



templates, and playbooks.
- Constantly experiment with messaging and cadence to improve close rates.

⚙️ You’re a fit if you
- Have
2–6 years of experience
in premium/community/SaaS/education sales.
- Are
trained in consultative frameworks
like SPIN / Challenger / Sandler.
- Can hold smart, founder-level conversations and know when to
*say no*

- Care about building
long-term relationships
, not transactional closes.
- Communicate sharply — on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Track your numbers and know how to make a funnel perform better.
