Education- Graduate or PG

Stream- BBA, BE IT, BCOM, BCA, BE, B TECH, MBA, Masters of Science in IT, BBA in

Computer Applications, B.Tech IT,B TECH Computer Science and Business System

Work Location is Mahape or Seepz, Andheri., Mumbai

Timings would be starting 6 or 7 pm IST. (US Working hours)

Job description-

As an inside Sales/Support Representative(ISR) primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue

growth by prospecting, qualifying, and generating qualified leads. He/She will work with sales,

and the Marketing team, and collaborate with other departments to achieve Lead Generation

targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The ISR will work on a 1 to 1 with a sales account manager out of the US.

KRA-

Prospect and generate current leads through various channels, including cold calling,

email campaigns, social media, and online research. Qualify leads and identify

potential customers by understanding their needs, budgets, and timelines. Conduct





product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of

the company's products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with

prospects and customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

Maintain Salesforce (SF) excellence.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Lead Generation targets. Stay up-to-

date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Participate in sales

meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales

skills. Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-

business) IT industry environment. Experience of handling the US Market is a must.
