Job Summary

The Intune & Jamf Administrator (L2) is responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The role includes device provisioning, application deployment, security policy implementation, compliance management, and providing Level 2 technical support while ensuring endpoint security and user productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro environments.
- Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through MDM solutions.
- Configure and deploy device compliance, configuration profiles, and security policies.
- Provision corporate devices using Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
- Manage Apple Business Manager integration with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
- Deploy, update, and remove applications using Intune, Jamf Pro, and Company Portal.
- Create and manage PowerShell and Bash scripts for endpoint automation.
- Configure BitLocker and FileVault encryption policies.




- Implement Conditional Access policies integrated with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Monitor device health, compliance, and security posture.
- Troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and policy deployment issues.
- Manage software patching and operating system updates for Windows and macOS devices.
- Configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration with Intune.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Remote tools.
- Generate compliance, inventory, and asset management reports.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, email, certificates, and printer deployments through MDM.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams for endpoint management.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Handle incident, service request, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
- Provide Level 2 technical support and escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams when nec
