- InUnity Private Limited is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Program Mentor to inspire and guide engineering students through hands-on learning, innovation, and real-world problem-solving. This role is ideal for B.E. and M.Tech graduates who are enthusiastic about mentoring students, building prototypes, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
- As an Assistant Program Mentor, you will conduct technical sessions, workshops, and practical learning activities that help students develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. You will mentor student teams throughout their project lifecycle, guiding them from idea generation to developing working prototypes (TRL 3).
- You will also encourage participation in hackathons, technical competitions, innovation expos, and support students in preparing grant and funding applications for promising projects.
- The role requires hands-on knowledge of rapid prototyping tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, and 3D CAD software, along with familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and basic electronics. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills are essential to effectively engage with students and foster team-oriented learning environments.
