We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Associate
who is passionate about sales, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.




- Understand client requirements and present tailored marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/lead trackers regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting client meetings.
- Proficient in Go
