About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners in selecting the right courses based on their career aspirations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counselling, and a proven track record in student admissions and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads to drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Conduct counselling sessions, webinars,



and information sessions when required.
- Resolve student queries professionally before and after enrollment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Deliver an exceptional counselling experience while maintaining high conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
