Job Description Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst Quality Engineering Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end (E2E) and integration testing in Insurance domain. The role focuses on validating complex business workflows across systems, ensuring high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across insurance workflows (Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, Underwriting) Perform integration testing across multiple systems (core platforms, APIs, third-party services) Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional test cases and scenarios Validate data flow and business rules across interconnected systems Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams Support UAT cycles and business validation Contribute to test automation for regression coverage (where applicable)



Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases Required Skills Competencies Strong experience in functional testing (E2E, integration) Experience in API testing (Postman, REST tools) Valuable understanding of data validation (SQL) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, etc.) for regression Ability to handle complex system interactions and dependencies AI Modern Testing Expectations Use AI-assisted tools for: Test case generation and optimization Requirement analysis Exposure to test data generation tools (synthetic data) Understanding of automation-assisted functional testing Experience Qualification 4 7 years of QA experience Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
