About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Generate invoices and process vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting software.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
