1. Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of the Forex business in the Bhubaneswar, Ranchi,Guwahati, Siliguri, Jamshedpur, Karimganj branches.

2. Identify and explore new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market trends to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

3. Define and maintain optimal asset allocation strategies to enhance returns while managing risks.

4. Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

Set and monitor branch-wise sales targets; ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
