Nirmaan is looking for an experienced
HVAC Billing Engineer
to manage and control billing, BOQs, measurements, and cost tracking for commercial Hvac works. The role involves close coordination with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing as per project requirements.
Cost Estimation:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to derive accurate estimates.
Develop pricing strategies and assess potential risks in project costing.
Ensure competitive pricing by negotiating with suppliers.
Budget Preparation
:
Create project budgets and align them with client requirements.
Track costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets.
Software Utilization:
Use tools like MS Excel, estimation software,
and ERP systems to create and manage estimates.
Billing Duties
Invoice Preparation
:
Generate client invoices based on project milestones and BOQs.
Verify and process subcontractor and supplier bills.
Reconciliation:
Ensure accurate reconciliation of project costs and billing records.
Verify quantities of materials used and work completed against project specifications.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all bills, invoices, and financial transactions.
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management.
Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers for accurate billing and cost tracking.
Address any client queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies promptly.
