Skilled Responsibilities

i. Parent-Child Learning
- Design and facilitate engaging parent-child sessions for children from birth to 6 years.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Support parents in understanding child development and responsive caregiving practices.
- Create an environment where children and parents feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn together.
- Foster children's confidence, curiosity, communication,



and social-emotional development through play-based experiences.

ii. Teaching, Learning and Planning
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood development, brain research, attachment, and play-based learning.
- Plan developmentally appropriate, inquiry-led experiences that respond to the interests and needs of both children and families.
- Observe children's learning and use observations to plan meaningful next steps.
- Encourage creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love for learning.
- Reflect on practice and continuously enhance the quality of the programme.

iii. Family Engagement
- Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and learning conversations that empower parents as their child's first educators.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding children's development and learning.
- Encourage active participation and collaboration within
