Responsibilities –

1. Partner directly with the Founder and leadership team to drive strategic business initiatives and high-impact projects.
2. Lead cross-functional programs, including business expansion, operational excellence, and revenue growth initiatives.
3. Own key business metrics, perform data-driven analysis, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
4. Build analytical models and leverage AI/ML to solve business challenges across operations, supply chain, and growth.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.

Requirements –

1. CA or B.Tech from IIT/BITS with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Hands-on experience in data analytics, financial modelling, and AI/ML applications.
4. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
