Role Description
The Communications and Partnerships role at Circa 11 is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that amplify the brand across digital, print, and in-venue channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media and content calendars, coordinating with design and operations teams for campaigns, and drafting copy for promotions, menus, and guest-facing materials.



The role also involves identifying and nurturing partnerships with local businesses, creators, and communities, including managing outreach, setting up collaborations, and tracking impact. The team member will monitor brand reputation, maintain consistent messaging, and support event communications, ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, guests, and internal teams.
- Experience in brand communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Ability to plan and manage campaigns, events, and collaborations, including tracking performance metrics and reporting outcomes.
