- Develop customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to participants.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content that meets industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in product training or a related field such as sales training or process training.
- Solid understanding of insurance products and services; ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
- Proven track record in designing engaging learning experiences that drive results; excellent presentation skills.
