Role Description
The Sales Telecaller role is a full-time, in office position based in North Delhi. The Sales Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide information about Kiwiana Immigration’s services and visa options. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, understanding client needs, maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups, and scheduling consultations or appointments with immigration advisors. The role involves meeting call volume and conversion targets, following up with leads,



and supporting overall sales campaigns and promotional activities. The Sales Telecaller will collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth client experience and consistent messaging.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and client service orientation.
- Candidates should possess sales and persuasion skills, such as lead generation, telecalling, negotiation, and the ability to convert inquiries into consultations or enrollments.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including basic computer literacy, CRM or spreadsheet use, and accurate call logging and follow-up tracking.
