Key Deliverables:
- We're looking for a Partner Relations
- This role involves building and strengthening our connections with investors to guarantee their contentment and active engagement.
- Act as the go-to contact for any investor-related questions or correspondence.
- Maintain robust relationships with our current investors, ensuring they're well-informed about how their investments are performing through regular updates and reports.
- Formulate and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Organise and manage investor events, meetings, and presentations, whether online or face-to-face, to conduct investment awareness programs.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal, and management.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor moves, industry norms and regulatory updates.
