Role: Head Solution Development- Digital & Sustainability
Role Purpose
The role leads Solution Development and Portfolio Enablement for Sustainability Solutions and Software in India. It is a strategic, non-customerfacing senior role responsible for shaping, localizing, and scaling complex digital and engineeringled solutions that drive:
- Energy efficiency and decarbonisation
- Smart building operations
- Digital transformation of building infrastructure
The role owns solution strategy, technical depth, CXO engagement, team leadership, innovation, and global product alignment, acting as the bridge between global platforms and India market needs.
Portfolio Scope:
- Energy optimisation & decarbonisation
- HVAC retrofit design for building system efficiency
- Energy monitoring, analytics, and audits
- Operational sustainability (beyond ESG reporting)
- Digital Twin for buildings
- Building operations & performance optimisation
- Crossdomain digital usecases
- IOT & connected buildings
Key Responsibilities
1.
Solution Development & Architecture own endtoend solution development across Sustainability and Building X portfolios
2. Localization of global offerings for India specific regulations, energy behaviour, and ROI expectations
3. Define Reference architectures, Deployment models, Standardised solution bundles by vertical, ensure solutions are scalable, outcomedriven, and differentiable
4. Solution Leadership (EngineeringLed) Understand HVAC design, cooling & heating loads, plant efficiency, and partload behaviour. Identify energy optimisation opportunities through Control strategies, setpoint optimisation, equipment sequencing, digital optimisation vs physical retrofit decisions
5. Lead and translate energy audits into, actionable digital and engineering solutions productised sustainability offerings
