Job Summary
We are looking for an
Assistant Oracle EBS Functional
professional with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS (Version 10.2.10). The candidate will provide day-to-day functional support to internal users, coordinate with external Oracle EBS consultants, and ensure timely resolution of application issues.
The role requires strong functional knowledge, valuable communication skills, and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular functional support to internal users for Oracle EBS applications.
- Analyze and resolve day-to-day Oracle EBS functional issues.
- Maintain and monitor the issue tracker, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of incidents.
- Gather and document business requirements from various departments.
- Explain business requirements clearly to external Oracle EBS consultants and coordinate development/customization activities.
- Validate delivered solutions through functional testing and obtain business user acceptance.
- Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user manuals whenever required.
