- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production schedules are met.
- Monitor production processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste or downtime.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working setting.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Review production orders and provide updates to the management team on production progress, quality issues, and any obstacles.
- Train, coach, and mentor production staff.
- Ensure product quality standards are met and work with quality control teams to resolve any quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and lean manufacturing practices.




- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and resolve conflicts within the production team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
