Role Description
The Safety Engineer will oversee safety practices for EPC and industrial construction projects at the Aurangabad site,



ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and client requirements. This full-time in office role includes conducting regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments across construction and fabrication areas. The Safety Engineer will develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and method statements, and monitor adherence by site teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Daily responsibilities include leading toolbox talks, organizing safety training, maintaining incident and near-miss records, and coordinating investigations and corrective actions. The role also requires close collaboration with project management, engineering, and operations teams to integrate safety into planning, execution, and commissioning activities.
