Job Description: Tester at Zenner India

Responsibilities:

· Creation of test case catalogs for subsequent user testing

· Conducting end user tests on various systems (recent applications for retail customers, SAP SD/CS, “MS4” tablet application, Minol App, customer portal, service partner portal)

· Testing IT changes (CRs and projects) and their impact on the system landscape and critical processes

· Processing test case catalogs and verifying that applications run without errors

· Documenting test results and evaluating the outcomes of manual tests

· Reporting test results (in accordance with the test case catalog in Jira / X-Ray)

· Continuous collaboration and coordination with the German test team as well as the agile teams at Minol IT in Germany and Zenner India

Skills:





Required Qualifications:

· Min. 3 years of experience in creating test case catalogs

· Min. 5 years of experience in software testing

· Proven experience of working in agile teams

· Knowledge of test management tools, ideally Jira/X-Ray

· Good knowledge of common MS Office applications

· Ability to work independently and reliably

· Confident demeanor

· Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2, ideally C1 level)

Optional:

· ISTQB certification

· Experience with SAP SD/CS/MM

· Test experience with mobile devices (tablets, smartphones)
