Forbes Advisor
is a new initiative for consumers under the Forbes Marketplace umbrella that provides journalist- and expert-written insights, news and reviews on all things personal finance, health, business, and everyday life decisions. We do this by providing consumers with the knowledge and research they need to make informed decisions they can feel confident in, so they can get back to doing the things they care about most.

The Publishing Manager plays a critical role in delivering Forbes Marketplace’s content, SEO, and monetization strategy by ensuring content is published accurately, efficiently, and at scale across assigned verticals. This role sits at the intersection of Production, SEO, Business development, CRO, and Editorial, and is accountable for translating business priorities and strategies into executable publishing plans.

The Publishing Manager is responsible for managing a team of Associates, Senior Associates, owning stakeholder relationships, forecasting and managing production capacity, driving monetization execution,



and maintaining high publishing quality standards.

This is a managerial role that also requires deep CMS expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact the business.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Resource Management
- Own end-to-end Production delivery for assigned vertical(s), ensuring the team has adequate capacity to meet business, SEO, and business asks.
- Continuously monitor production demand vs. available for resourcing and raise risks early, working closely with the Head of Publishing to resolve constraints.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into explicit, actionable production plans, ensuring work is accurately scoped, ticketed, and prioritized for the wider Production team.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary Production point of contact for SEO, Editorial, business development and other stakeholders within assigned verticals.
