The Role:

Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager who is laser-focused on organization, timing, and structure - someone who finds genuine satisfaction in knowing every document is in its place and every meeting is precisely scheduled. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll work closely with our Case Managers and leadership team to ensure seamless, detail-oriented service.



Your ability to prioritize and maintain order will empower our clients, foster trust, and elevate our firm’s impact. You’ll take on responsibilities that help create a powerful client experience, one where people feel genuinely cared for and respected.

Key Responsibilities

Meticulous Document Support: Partner with Case Managers to meticulously prepare, organize, and distribute key documents, leaving no detail unchecked.Timely Client Reporting: Generate and share detailed reports with clients on a regular schedule, ensuring they have clear, up-to-date information. Build trust with clients through communication, ensuring transparency and fostering solid, long-lasting relationships with the company. Account Auditing and Coordination: Conduct audits on active client accounts, coordinating seamlessly with our service and collections teams to maintain up-to-the-minute accuracy.Master Scheduling and Client
