Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, lead and develop the branch team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.




- Drive business growth by achieving branch sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and evaluate branch employees to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand the customer base.
- Monitor branch productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present periodic business and performance reports to the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA/M COM (Finance/Market
