DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the assigned area.
- Manage the opportunity and client portfolio and develop all actions (chance identification, negotiation, technical proposal) leading to the conclusion and profitability of the contract.
- Report to management (order entries, invoicing)
- Prepare and participate in the project kick-off meeting.
- Support Project Managers on negotiations for added value.
- Follow up on invoice payment and ensure collection of unpaid bills.
- Handling claims.
- Monitor competitive and technological developments.
- Participate in major exhibitions and conferences.
EXERCISED RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE OF ACTION
- The Regional Sales Manager applies instructions and the Groups security policy.




- The Regional Sales Manager defines and implements a regional sales strategy based on the companys strategic directives, market opportunities, and customer knowledge.
- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the entire Sert portfolio in his assigned Region and ensures the revenue and profitability of these product segments in his assigned Region.
- The Regional Sales Manager is a proactive relationship facilitator, establishing relationships at all levels with stakeholders and decision-makers at the customer, Group organizations, and the regional configuration
REQUESTED TECHNICAL HARD SKILLS
- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- Experience in selling capital goods in industrial markets (automation, electricity, metals, minerals, chemicals, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of the steel industry (especially steelmaking process)
- Understanding of automation processes
- An excellent level in international English (
