Key Responsibilities:Production Planning: Plan daily, weekly & monthly production targets for Gold, Diamond & Kundan jewelleryJob Card Management: Issue job cards, track work from karigar to finishingMaterial Control: Coordinate with store for Gold, Diamond, Stone availability. Avoid shortages & excessTimeline Tracking: Ensure orders are completed on time for domestic + export clientsCapacity Planning: Allocate work to karigars & departments based on skill and capacityWastage & Efficiency: Monitor gold wastage, productivity and report daily outputCoordination: Work with Design, Casting, Setting, Polishing, and QC teamMIS Reports: Prepare daily production report, pending order report, delay analysisMust Have Skills:Experience: 3-7 Years in Jewellery PPC, preferably in Sitapura/Export unitKnowledge: Full process of Jewellery manufacturing - CAD to Final PolishingSoftware: Excel, ERP, Tally. Knowledge of jewellery software is a plusSkills: Robust planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skillsPressure Handling: Ability to manage bulk orders and urgent deliveries
