Role & responsibilities
- The student will work closely with the Marketing Head to support the development of the BITS Pilani Digital brand by contributing to strategic planning, brand-building initiatives, and new growth opportunities. This role involves researching industry insights, identifying potential collaborations, supporting campaign strategy, and assisting in creating frameworks that strengthen the brands market positioning. Will help evaluate ideas, prepare strategic documents, and ensure smooth execution of brand-level initiatives that drive visibility, credibility, and long-term impact.
- Required Skills :
The student should be analytical, proactive, and deeply interested in marketing and brand strategy. Strong research abilities, explicit communication skills, and the ability to structure ideas into presentations or strategic documents are essential. They should be creative in identifying opportunities, comfortable working with data and insights, and able to collaborate closely with leadership. A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and contribute to brand-level initiatives are key traits for this role.
