Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational branding objectives.
- Manage end-to-the-end marketing activities including digital campaigns, social media, branding, and corporate communications.
- Create and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, case studies, solution documents, banners, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage and enhance the companys digital presence across various platforms.
- Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, webinars, campus activities, and branding initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership and business teams to support marketing communication requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support marketing planning.
- Collaborate with design, content, and external vendors for marketing deliverables.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.

Required Skills




- 8–10 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and marketing communication activities.
- Strong content coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in organizing corporate events, branding activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in technology or IT industry marketing.
- Exposure to employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and performance marketing concepts.
- Experience with marketing automation or CR
