Master's Degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Water Resources / Public Health Engineering or equivalent (MBA/Management qualification will be preferred)

Role Overview:

The Sector Head – WASH will lead the overall Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) practice, providing strategic, technical and operational leadership for the sector domestically & internationally. The role involves driving sector excellence & growth, overseeing project delivery, mentoring multidisciplinary teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of developments in the WASH sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and strengthen the overall WASH practice, defining the sector's strategic direction and growth roadmap (domestically & internationally).
2. Provide technical leadership and oversight across all WASH projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
