Why This Role Matters

As Manager – Weight Management, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on freight cost optimization, shipment weight accuracy, and carrier compliance across GoKwik's logistics ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and program management, ensuring that logistics processes remain productive, scalable, and commercially optimized. Your ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence external partners will directly impact operational margins,



merchant experience, and business growth.

What You'll Own
- Lead organization-wide initiatives to improve shipment weight accuracy and standardize weight capture processes across logistics touchpoints.
- Own carrier weight audit processes, investigate discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Drive end-to-end program management for weight optimization initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Merchant Success, Product, Finance, Account Management, and Courier Partners to implement scalable operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs, eliminate revenue leakage, and improve logistics efficiency through process optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor weight variance, carrier performance, freight spend, and operational KPIs.
