Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding current team members, and supporting performance management activities.



The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include supporting payroll-related inputs, assisting with training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and various departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications
