The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the master planning, design approvals, and scheduling aspects of the projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Planning Manager works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align development goals with strategic and operational objectives. Prepare strategic programme for Design, Procurement and Construction
Review Sub Consultants Programs and coordinates.
Monitor and Track contractor’s progress.
Monitor the project progress against the weekly and the monthly milestones
Perform a thorough review of the contractor's detailed plans for the projects
Oversee and ensure timely material procurement for the sites
Provide assistance in identifying resources for recent projects based on all project's status
Provide inputs to the contracts team in creation of contracts with the contractors and structural consultants
Work with project and construction teams to ensure effective allocation of resources based on the project timeline.
